Terms of Service

By accessing or using Produl (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Produl on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Produl is a privacy-first web analytics platform. It provides site owners with real-time and historical insights into website traffic — including pageviews, events, referrers, geographic data, device breakdown, and Core Web Vitals — without using cookies or tracking individual users.

The Service consists of a hosted dashboard, a lightweight JavaScript tracker that you embed on your websites, and a set of APIs and integrations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

To use Produl you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts by automated means. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

Produl offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your billing information before downgrading or suspending access.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You may use Produl only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to collect data from websites you do not own or have explicit permission to instrument
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or excessively query the Produl dashboard or APIs beyond normal usage
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement with Produl
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law, including privacy regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to circumvent account limits, plan restrictions, or rate limits

We reserve the right to immediately suspend access for violations of this section.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Analytics data collected from your sites belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the Service and do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Produl on your websites complies with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Because Produl does not use cookies or collect personal data, many jurisdictions do not require additional disclosures — but you remain responsible for verifying compliance.

Produl and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Produl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your own data. By using the Service you grant Produl a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Produl name, logo, and product identity may not be used without prior written permission.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon deletion, your analytics data is scheduled for permanent removal within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Where possible we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Upon termination for any reason, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Produl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Produl in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to the address on file or by displaying a prominent notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
